4-us-companies-blackmail-usd280-mWASHINGTON – A number of lawyers from the tobacco industry met secretly with the Solicitor General Elena Kagan in an effort to avoid the government’s policy to extract billions of dollars from companies that illegally hid the dangers of smoking.
